Cancellation Policy :
Sorry.. we understand sometimes you might decide not making a purchase. Simply call our customer service team at +971 50 2131267 to cancel your order if you change your mind before receiving it, and we will make all practical efforts to do so if your order has not yet been processed. Your order will be regarded as a return if you cancel it after it has already been processed. For more details, please see the section below about returns. Please note that; we do not offer any refunds money..only you can return and exchange the items within 7 days.
Refund Policy
In case of order cancellation, your refund will proceed within _5_-_7_ business days from submission of your cancellation. We will update you once your refund has been initiated.
The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank. We will refund the full amount of the product canceled but the customer bank may charge a transaction fee as per their policy.
If the company does not get a response from the customer within a week, order gets cancelled automatically.
If we refund by credit card, we will only refund the amount we received, and bank charges will be borne by customer.
Refunds will only be provided through bank, in the case of cash payment the customer will have to provide their bank details in order to receive the refund.
Return or exchange of the product
If products are damaged in transit then the exchange proceeds within _5_-_10__ business days from submission of the complaint but no order cancellation or return is accepted after the order is delivered. In the situation of damaged goods, customers can ask for an exchange via email or the contact number provided on the website. The customer has to provide an image or video of the damaged products while filing a complaint about damaged goods.
